I have a 2013 F150 that I bought new and is in great shape, but now and then I get the itch for something newer, with some more bells and whistles. Adding this new stereo to replace the Gen 1 Sync and adding a reverse camera was exactly what I needed. The system simply sounds amazing and I no longer strain to back my truck into parking spaces. I am very pleased and now have a new (to me) truck!

Watched the THX part of a movie and this radio had the greatest picture and sound. The setting menu is easy to use, and the bass is killer.

Installed this into my 2009 CRV. It was easy to install with the proper harness. I removed the lighter type power socket in the lower dash tree and installed a dual USB connection. One for CarPlay connected to the Pioneer and the other for charging. I also installed a back up camera into the car. My better half is very happy to have CarPlay and the use of Waze in her car.

Good product and great service in the store. I haven’t had any problems with it.

Used this deck to add android auto/apple car play to my 2009 toyota camry xle. It's a great deck for adding modern navigation and smartphone control to an older car! It also has the capability to retain steering wheel control inputs (hardware sold separately and varies depending on vehicle) The only downside is that when adding a backup camera, there are no setting to permanently "set" the parking lines in place. If you want the backup lines to come up, you have to tap the screen every time the backup camera turns on

Pioneer Touch screen Multimedia receiver was a perfect fit and replacement for my Mustangs factory receiver. It is full function and has all the flexibility anyone could ask for in a receiver. It is user friendly and ergonomic in design. I could not be happier with the unit and it's installation by Best Buy.

I bought this item on 9/16/2020, I was able to get it installed 2 weeks after 9/16. I waited 2 weeks for a harness and interface to fit a 2012 Malibu. Literally a week after installation, CarPlay quit working. I got a message and took a picture of it. I called Bestbuy, and unfortunately I don’t have their extended warranty, so they didn’t help me. I called Pioneer Electronics and that was a total disaster. They have no idea what this product even existed and I thought that was strange. I am dealing with it now, and for those that do not care about Apple CarPlay or the USB connection, take your shot but you’ll probably have a better experience with this product than I did. But, if I can go back, I would have got a different brand. Pioneer electronics are not very helpful.

This head unit works very well. Well designed and easy to install. Only problem I have is with CarPlay occasionally not working, but if you unplug and replug the phone, it will go right back to business as normal!

Great unit. I wanted something with Apple Car Play to link my phones Sirius and Spotify but also have capabilities to play CD's. This fit the bill.

It’s a good radio! The sound is much better than the last head unit with the same speakers. Really like the options and the interface. I would buy it again

Got this installed in my mustang to replace the factory radio. Works great! Snappy response time on the screen. Love it and worth the price, brings your car into the modern era.

Install looks factory have more functions than factory unit . Works with factory controls at steering wheel. And with better adj,s for unit great sound as well . Unit was install in a 2015 Tahoe

I love it! Everything that I have tried works great. I am looking forward to see how it works with the backup camera once installed.

So far- so good. Really nice unit with capability to do so much. I plan on adding on the Maestro feature this spring, along with cameras. That’s what I like about it....if you can’t afford to do everything at once, you can add features 1 by 1. I’ve never been a pioneer fan, I usually like Kenwood. But, after seeing a review on the Money Pit feature on Donut media’s Facebook page- pitting pioneer against the exact Kenwood model I was contemplating, it won me over. Granted....the unit they reviewed was a 1500 NEX- if I went with a more expensive model it should be just as good, if not better. The call quality on both ends are great. After seeing mine - I have friends and family looking to upgrade.

No Disappointments here! Expect nothing less from pioneer. Always satisfied with their products. Apple Car play works flawlessly.

Great radio for the price. Works great & turned my wife’s older car into an up-to-date model with just this swap from factory.

So far shipping was well done,with nice updates&alerts.The packaging was nicely done and padded.The unit seems to be in nice condtion for being a used item.To bad they dont inculde install with purchase and make it seperate but its not a deal breaker.All in all the process was easy to use&I cant wait to get the unit installed. :-)
