I’ve had it for a month or two now and so far it’s very good. Calls come through clear, love that it shows the artwork of my music, and watching movies is a special treat! Hate that i have to buy another part to get my car diagnostics but overall great radio.

Alas, it is so bad I am having Best Buy uninstall it as soon as I can get an appointment. It is not intuitive to navigate. The touchscreen doesn't respond consistently. The volume buttons are tiny and very slow to adjust the sound. Strange things happen if I plug my iPhone in to charge. Sometimes that will cause the sound to not come through the radio, other times it works fine when plugged in. The installer couldn't connect my factory back-camera to this unit. We added a new front camera, but it is quite challenging to find it from this wonky menu. Overall, a big disappointment. Learn from my mistake - save your time and money and buy something else.

Screen is clear enough and layout is decent. If however you use Plex (or other) app from your smartphone to import from NAS and want to listen to lossless music, you'll be limited to MP3 quality. Map view is reasonable but not up to par with smartphone. Mic works well and other features.
