Easy to use, including Bluetooth and handsfree calls. I had some trouble finding a backup camera that worked with it, but once I stopped buying the cheap amazon cameras I was fine. Love the automatic reverse switch to the camera. One annoying quirk is it doesn’t update the song and artist info when using the radio just shows the first song that came on the station and keeps that info up even when there are song changes.

Need to hook the XM receiver up so I can get my Xm in the car. Hands free works good with my Samsung phone. Not hard to install.

Installation by Best Buy was as expected. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is because the buttons on the side are difficult to get to.
