    Purchased but returned this item because it is misleading in its wording. It doesn't work with android auto, it will only charge android devices. Says made for Iphone/Ipod on the box. Geek squad verified it for me before returning the item.

    Over heatting issues

    OK so this radio sucks. If you have your heat on at all within 20 minutes, the radio overheats and will shut on and off constantly.

      I would suggest having the installation checked. The heater should not have an effect on the stereo. You may have an air duct that is allowing heat to directly hit the stereo.
      Also, check the impedance of your speakers. The impedance should not be less than 4 ohms. Some factory speakers have low impedance. PUSATechAnswers

    Junk. Died after a year. Apparently known issues with this unit. Best Buy was happy to sell them and not help after.

    Catastrophic failure a little over a year of daily use. Fuses intact and harness receiving power but will no longer turn on.

    This stereo wasn't up to par without Android Auto. I had to upgrade to a better stereo for it to work with my phone. It simply does not have the necessary applications to be helpful connecting to my phone.

    I bought this radio , but when i ask to install the schedule take too long .on this day nobody was busy he can do this but looks like they are lazy and BestBuy don't do anything to change that so sad

    Isn’t very VISUALLY pleasing. Each display screen has a plain, boring, UNUSABLE visual feature basicàlly just taking up half of the screen. If I would have known this (store did not have this stereo on display) I never would have purchased.

    Sucks lol, there was extreme audio delay and the DVD player never worked so I returned it and bought the jvc instead and that is an amazing stereo! Yes the price is good on this one but there's a reason for that and that is it sucks lol

    You won’t answer the phone so I can set up and installation. You won’t do an instillation because of COVID. You close at 6:pm. I work second shift. So I dont know. Hopefully you can let me schedule and installation, and I’ll give a real review.
