BB made it happen and did right by us. I strongly recommend both the product and the service. Though it didn't have an operator's manual in the box, I was able to find one on-line that worked out well.

It was in good condition (no scratches), but was missing the remote control and the mounting ears to install it in the vehicle. I bought a surround bezel for it and made two mounting ears out of aluminum angle and installed it in the vehicle. It seems to work ok so far. I added a backup camera to utilize that feature. I downloaded and printed out the operation manual for it. Overall nice unit.

It sounds awesome in my 2009 Honda Civic. Had my Sirius radio account transferred to it and it is amazing to say the least. I can't say enough great things about this. The only issue I had had nothing to do with the receiver after all. It kept saying "no response". I went back to the BestBuy and had one of the installers look at it and after awhile he said it's either not recognizing my Samsung Galaxy S7 or it's the charging cable because it only did it when my phone was connected to it to charge it. I went in and bought a new charging cable and it stopped saying no response.

Installer technician connected speakers directly to it, bypassing the OE amplifier. Head unit works exactly as advertised and sounds great. Buyer should understand does not have Apple Car Play, but still connects either by USB cable or bluetooth.

I went into this thinking, okay what type of problems will this give me. Other than taking a few seconds to boot up, everything works great. The sound and equalizer work great and no freezing up or resetting. It does show ads and the buttons are small, but still happy and would recommend.
