    Defective camera input jacks.

    This is my second Pioneer unit in 5 years that has had a defective backup camera input jack. Im not the only one. Ive found numerous complaints on Youtube and forums describing the exact same problem. Camera input doesnt work unless you apply downward pressure on the port. Ive even heard it from best buy install techs. If you experience this, return your unit and switch brands. The problem affects multiple models.

    Breached of written signed contract. Per your computer system I paid for items and installation. Received a call several hours later saying it would be an additional $120 due to your error

    Connectivity is horrible, constantly cutting in and out. Can't run android auto via bluetooth. They changed the wiring in my car so now only one of USB ports work. Radio constantly freezes and restarts. I could go on and on. Spend your money on a different radio.

    Never again....

    My appt was rescheduled and they didn’t make time for all I wanted done. 3 hrs was not enough to install (unplug and reinstall the new radio) and a dash cam. I got my money back on camera I’ll find someone else. Rude.
