No issues whatsoever and Best Buy always has the best prices available and I caught it on sale with free installation. Can’t beat that bargain

I find the media receiver is easy to operate. Best Buy was very helpful in explaining how to operate the media receiver.

Best Buy sold me something good! Yay! That being said, the BT connectivity falls off every now and again, and the device just powers down every few months, but that may be from the installation being faulty. Overall, good product.

I'm still learning how works, and it's quirks, but I've really enjoyed it. It works great with my steering controlls which is great, and it sounds awesome! I've already used the dvd function to have a great movie night in the car (COVID an all). Overall it's worked great. I'll update if anything goes wrong.

Fits great, only issue is it doesn't catch FM radio stations as well as the factory. (This is with rear window tint) Sound is amazing and bass is definitely there.

It's easy to use and matched up well with the steering wheel controls of my vehicle. The sound quality is wonderful. The price was great for what I got. And the installation by Best Buy was outstanding. I look forward to many years with this receiver.

Much better sounds than the stock factory radio. Best Buy did a great job on the install for us making certain all factory steering wheel controls still operated properly.

My Wife wishes she would have got this unit for her Jeep instead of the Kenwood with similar features, Bluetooth connection or MP3 connection is much better than the Kenwood. I have this stereo in a GMC Sierra with the Bose Speaker System so sound quality is great too.

Love it
