I bought this item as an "open box - excellent" rated purchase and had it installed by Best Buy. The installation team did a great job. They get five stars. When it comes on every time, the screen displays a warning notice about driving and using it that's annoying. Also, the parking guide lines on the screen are not automatically displayed on the screen when you shift into reverse - you have to tap the screen to do so. After the installation was done, I learned that the remote and owner's manual were not in the box when it was shipped to me.

I didn't know Best Buy sold and installed car stereos. I love this system and had the best experience with the installation process. The technicians explained the process, the installation was efficient and WOW! my car battery died in the process (I had a battery replacement ready) and the technician installed my battery for me! I will recommend Best Buy to everyone!

I scheduled the installation after purchasing the items and they were being sent to my home. Two of the items came in, but the actual stereo deck was unavailable and they canceled my order. I went into the store found out that they had one on the shelf and I could reschedule for installation. I showed up for installation, and the tech was assigned job was fired. So now I had to reschedule again. I was finally able to get my unit installed and is working nice. The installer was a little cold and not very helpful but did a very nice job. So it went from purchase to cancellation to re-schedule to final schedule And then complete.

Easy install, did require an aftermarket shroud and a wiring harness to maintain steering wheel controls. It did require some soldering for the harness and some amount of sanding to fit in the plastic shroud i had bought, but there are other options available. GPS and mic work great but also required a bit of routing for good positions. Runs well and pretty easy to set up compared to some other headunits I've installed

Good but not great or amazing, as I would’ve hoped for. The only thing this radio has going for is wireless Apple CarPlay and android auto and even with that I’m having trouble with . I am having trouble connecting my iPhone and it hasn’t been a week yet since, I had it installed at local Best Buy. This radio doesn’t even come with the latest software out the box as it’s other pioneer model dmh-2660nex with heavy customization with theme color backgrounds and customization on the interface lights with auto color changing lights to name a few features. If you want this radio for the wireless apple car play and android auto. then I would say get it, but if not I would wait for the latest model to be released with all the bells and Whistles

I initially purchased a lower model with a bigger screen. Unfortunately, it had nowhere near the functionality that this model has. I have found that it is very intuitive, user friendly, adaptable and has a crisp picture and sound. I am grateful that this model was available at such a reasonable price point as well.

Replaced the radio in my Wrangler really just because I wanted a backup camera. The Android Auto is OK too, because it gives me navigation and the interface with my phone functions that is superior from the 2015 electronics functions. The disappointment is that the brightness of the face is really sub par even adjusted to the highest setting. The radio function is really a little goofy too since it is really never "off", just turned down. Also, the function of the split screen is not adjustable. Maybe should have shopped another brand or spent more money. Not sure.

Great stereo! It’s a plus having the wireless CarPlay, I can just get in and go without the need to hook anything up. The touchscreen is quickly responsive and a lot better than the stock head unit in my 2014 Wrangler. Thinking about buying another to replace my 2011 Wrangler’s system too!

I had an older pioneer unit. There was nothing wrong with my old pioneer unit. Matter fact i had Best buy install the older one unit on one of my other vehicles. What caused me to upgrade was the wireless android auto and Apple car play. My family has both phones and wireless works flawlessly.

The receiver is excellent. What's most important is the installation service I received from Kiran and Kevin. There were some issues with all of the items I had ordered online to replace my daughter's defective car radio. Kiran and Kevin timely and professionally resolved and completed the installation. When my daughter picked up the car, Kiran spent extra time with her to explain the new radio system. First class service!!

Have had it installed for about a year now. Works pretty good. Loses connection every now and then but otherwise works great

I bought this to replace an older Pioneer head unit that did not offer wireless Apple Car Play connectivity. Pairing this to my iPhone was simple and my phone now connects automatically when I start the car. Improved audio features over the old unit it replaced. Very happy with this product.

Great stereo with Wireless carplay makes it a must have, super easy installation into the 2010 Nissan Sentra without having to change the wiring harness of the previous Pioneer stereo. Would say that the unit could use an amp as it tends to overload if taken past 35 on the volume. Other then that it has worked flawlessly.

Replaced the original car stereo with this unit because the old one gave out. Love the Apple Car play, it works flawlessly every time. The back up camera actually looks so good I thought they installed a upgrade by mistake!! The sound is amazing! Feels like i am sitting in the middle of a concert. Truly recommend

Works well and is easy to see in the daytime. If you’re using only external amplifiers to power your speakers, this one is awesome. If you’re relying on the speaker outputs, you’ll be disappointed in the volume. Not loud AT ALL.

Loving the wirless Android Auto built in. Lots of apps that I use regularly are available on Android Auto. My wife has an iPhone and has no issues using wireless Apple CarPlay. Its quick to respond, lots of customization options.

Good enough radio. Delay with touch to response. Overall ok for the price paid.

Honestly if you like the features this head unit offers its a great buy. Wireless carplay/android auto, 10/10. Never has it failed me. Sounds great, lots of power for speakers. Overall good price, good features. Good quality

I really haven't been able to make a true and fair evaluation of this radio only because it's been ten days since the installation. Now with that being said it's been pretty good, it did unexpectedly just turned itself off and rebooted. I'll give it another two weeks and reevaluate and update.

I love my stereo, I had a minor hiccup initially with installation but after voicing my concern the issue was addressed to my complete satisfaction. My original stereo was a 2014 factory stereo so this wireless touchscreen apple play compatible stereo is truly a Godsend
