It is a great head unit. It works as expected. Speakers sound much clearer than before. The only thing I wish it had was a knob to control and mute the music. The capacitive touch is not ideal while driving to mute the music. Otherwise, it sounds great and easy to use.

My husband recently bought this for his 350z and he absolutely loves it! Everything works amazing and it fit perfectly where he set it up. He wanted to get a different stereo but decided to go with this one and is 100% happier with it.

Nothing special, for some reason I was hoping it would be better. I bought this to replace the factory unit in my kid’s 2013 Nissan. I wanted something with a bigger display for backing up. I also wanted the wireless CarPlay. I think the CarPlay works great but other features could be better. The guidelines for backing only come on if you select them after putting the car in reverse, I would prefer if they were automatically shown with an option to make them disappear. I would also prefer if they would have used the car’s factory microphone or wired the included microphone to the factory location instead of having the huge Pioneer microphone mounted near the visor. I think the remote could be simplified. The installation took forever, I thought it was meant to be free but I was still charged, I think they justified the charge for hooking up the steering wheel harness. They didn’t calibrate the backing up camera during the install. Overall I wish I kept the factory unit.

Wireless CarPlay cuts out sometimes but overall a great unit and the wireless CarPlay is convenient.

This is listed as a fit for A 2017 Honda HR-V but it is not. It doesn’t support the backup camera and the blind spot camera. I knew I needed to buy adapters and a dashboard kit for it which is not a problem because best buy sells all of those things but for the features of my car to not be supported on a radio that claims it is a match for my car is frustrating. We returned the radio and went for a kenwood that does support these features.

Original unit kept disconnecting and Best Buy replaced without issue. Great unit it’s very handy to have hands free CarPlay with navigation and music apps. Hands free phone and texting makes driving safer.

I want to call out Evan at the Westminster, CO installation center for his patience and expertise in getting this to work in our Honda CRV EX-L 2013. It was no easy task and he was calm, professional and precise. Thank you Evan.

It does what it is supposed to do, but on Apple CarPlay when using Apple Maps or Google Maps, the pinch-and-zoom functionality mostly doesn't work. It some situations you can only pan/move, but not zoom in, in others zooming in/out is very jerky and lagging. The staff at Best Buy were very knowledgeable and helpful and I could confirm that this seems to be a limitation from CarPlay, where many/most DMR manufacturers don't support this. So I decided to live with it. It's kind of OK, although I am surprised that relatively poorly reacting touch screens are still a problem these days.

Works really good I haven’t had a problem since I installed it really recommend it.

Get receiver, I love the sound and variety of options included with model. Turned out I did not have to upgrade my speakers they actually worked well the new receiver. The installation only took a couple of hours and I was on my way.

This stereo was bought to help me get rid of some cords that were in the way due to my factory stereo not having android auto and Bluetooth would only allow phone calls.

Love this receiver! Works and looks great! I had this installed in my 2016 Jeep Rubicon to upgrade from the stock radio/CD player. It works great with my Android phone. Connects wirelessly once I turn on the car. The installation took only one hour at Best Buy. Very professional service!

I installed this in my older GTO and it is a great head unit. The wireless CarPlay is an amazing feature that makes traveling very convenient. There is no need to be tethered by cables anymore. This receiver is also great for aftermarket amps/subwoofers. If you're looking for a good head unit for your car at a decent price, look no further.

So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. It does disconnect from apple carplay acasionally. Not a big issue. Maps an phone are perfect ,Hands free. Update later

I love this unit. I just a wired one for my other car. Wish I had known about this one. Also Folsom Best Buy installers are the best!

Great sound. Better than stock unit. Maps load through Android auto from your phone by bluetooth. I wish it had a volume knob and making dedicated presets for the radio would be better.

Wi-fi feature with Apple CarPlay was very easy to set up. Screen is clear and sound is solid. Perfect addition to my old truck. Also installed backup camera which interfaced beautifully. Great product; great value.

Love the features on this device! You can adjust the individual volume to both door speakers and subs independently, creating a more custom sound design in your vehicle. Also the gps navigation is tethered by you apple CarPlay or android app on your phone so it is an improved experience to use the gps feature.

This radio with Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth allows easy connection to my Apple phone. Easy to connect and operate with the remote as a bonus. Good handsfree connection to use my maps and phone.
