I’ve purchased different brand radios and they were sent with issues, on my third attempt at a good radio I bought this and it delivered. Beyond exceptional, highly recommend.

GREAT RECEIVER HAS ALL FEATURES I NEED. ESPECIALLY THE WIRELESS CAR APPLE PLAY. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE BY A QUILIFY TECH.

Switched to this by recommendation of installer. Great suggestion. Connectivity is excellent. When my wife or I get in the car, CarPlay immediately starts. Quick reaction of controls, great sound.

I've installed quite a few car stereos, and never have I seen anything like this. If you're planning to do this installation yourself, just know that you're in for a wild ride, and if you plan to have it done by someone else, just know your wire harnesses are about to be turned into unreliable rats nests. If you plan to do this installation nicely, also know that you'll need to either be an electrical engineer with a lot of time on your hands, OR you should plan an extra few hundred dollars to buy extra modules and harnesses to make this work. In all, you're headed for either a ridiculous and unnecessary puzzle, or you're headed for a financial triple-dip that is entirely avoidable. Here's what this deck doesn't come with: * Table of wire colors and what they do * Any module that would allow you to connect the deck to a modern car in any way that will allow all features to work * Any way to connect steering wheel controls to the deck * Any instructions about the included wire harnesses and what each color of wire do outside of the main stereo controls * Any instruction about steering controls, and whether the deck is 'smart' and can interpret signals, or if a module is needed * Standard plugs that might fit your vehicle, such as the AM/FM antenna or the satellite antenna plug * Any disclosure of what voltage the camera circuits are and whether they are 12V or 6V compatible (yes, many vehicles step-down) -- nor any mention of step-down modules in the instructions Here's what this kit needs in order to install it correctly: * Special modules and harnesses to get all features working, which aren't suggested, documented, or disclosed in the installation manual * Understanding of your vehicle's specific wiring system, including wire color diagrams, plug diagrams, and voltages * Wiring diagrams of the vehicle plugs, the interface plug kits, and the deck itself Best Buy also doesn't disclose any of these details in their listings, and their filtering system misleads as to what's possible with this deck. If you take it to an installer and you like the 'out of sight, out of mind' method, you'll probably have a basically working stereo deck after a few hundred dollars of extra surprise charges. If you try to install this deck yourself, you're headed for a rodeo ... and if you think the deck install couldn't be much different than it was in the past, heh, you're in for a surprise. Overall, I do not recommend this product. I do not recommend any of the additional products needed to make this product work with your vehicle (hundreds of dollars worth), and I do not recommend Best Buy for the super terrible filtering system on their site, along with the inadequate descriptions that do not tell you which products are compatible with which vehicles. This deck doesn't even fit nicely with the Metra face plate kit, which adds insult to injury. Absolutely insane how far this whole industry has drifted and how off-the-rails the entire system is.

Wireless carplay works flawlessly. Free best buy install is fantastic. Great for using google maps. Must better than looking at a phone for directions. Helps me keep my eyes on the road. Siri works great too

Fantastic value/quality combo. It is a little smaller than I expected, but that is on me - and it is honestly big enough, but was an initial shock (vs my honda navigation screen)

It was is a vert goos stero and amp, was very pleased and the price was good.

I’m very pleased with this radio and I’ve only had it for one day!!! Definitely easy to use and nice to get the map without plugging it in. The Best Buy crew was very friendly when they installed my radio!!

Nice radio for the price. Would be nice if a Sirius tuner was included, but you can use your Sirius mobile app to stream to it so long as you got a cellular data signal.

Good Head Unit. Sometimes The Apple Carplay Drops Out, but other than that this thing has been fantastic

Got it installed by BestBuy. Make sure to get all adapter parts needed for your car. Works and fits well in my Jeep Wrangler

Nice looking radio.. responsive screen.. took awhile To get audio sounding right coming from a Bose sound .. Apple CarPlay works flawless

great little stereo, replaced factory model in 2009 altima

Just installed. the image of the home screen given in this web page doesn't match what is on mine. I've read through the instructions and no mention of adding and deleting tiles on the home screen. Can't get screen mirroring to work. Would like speed limit on the connected maps screen. (using Android phone). Does show if directions input.

I like how affords best buy made to upgrade my car radio to a latest system. The radios is exacly as described fits oerfectly in your car

Overall a great little unit. I do wish it would "remember " if it was on radio when turning off though. It always switches to my phone & whats on it. But for the price point of thats my biggest complaint im just whining lol.
