No factory Wiring harness ?

When I open the box there wasn’t a Wiring harness? Called the store about it I was told that the factory wiring harness was extra? Really? I might be wrong be I think that should come with the radio. And yes I did order the adapter that goes to my car and that the radio harness wires up to.

Don’t Waste Your Money!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you are looking at this unit for navigation/ traffic, don’t waste your money. I don’t know who their tech people are but they must only take the bus. Their advertising is misleading at best. You will get much more traffic info from car play without rooting around a bunch of menus and having to search your area, which takes your attention completely off the road. Current traffic conditions DO NOT display on the main nav screen. If there is a crash is will show somewhat but is virtually useless if you would like to know current traffic flow on your route, which is why I bought this unit. Again, total waste of money. Save the couple hundred bucks and buy a car play only type unit. Unfortunately I can’t return for a refund or else it would be out of my vehicle in a heartbeat!
