The only issue is an "overheating" prompt on the screen is increasingly occurring despite following the prescribed troubleshooting guides.

DONT BUY FOR THE PRICE!!!

About 50 days after purchasing our TV, the TV stopped working and only power cycles. Had to contact manufacturer to get geek squad to come out. A few days later, someone came out for about 10 minutes only to confirm the exact thing & trouble shooting. Had to order a part and they rebooked me an appointment a week from then to get the part to fix it. Couldn’t exchange because past 15-day Best Buy policy. Day of appointment arrives, and technician never shows up. I had to call 3 hours past time only to be told the part was not going to come for almost another week out. Extremely frustrated as I’ve had a brand new TV that doesn’t work sitting in my living room for 2 weeks with no consideration as a consumer. Pioneer not helpful either as they will only exchange TV if technician deems it “non-repairable”. That shouldn’t be my problem on a new TV. Extremely dissatisfied and will NEVER purchase another TV from Pioneer or Best Buy again.
