I did have an issue with the first one because of something happening in shipping but Best Buy replaced it with non problems. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Some of the employees were not friendly and said I shouldn't buy the Pioneer product and when I said that was what I wanted, basically walked away. An LG employee was very helpful but don't remember his name.
