Must Buy a Wall Mount to Use this TV

Called Pioneer's 800 # and stopped into Best Buy for a replacement screw; both said, "sorry cannot help with that, how about a gift card for the inconvenience?" Money on a gift card does not help the tv stand on its factory feet.

If you don’t play any games or watch the 4k channels this tv works well, but if you are a gamer or want to watch 4k don’t waste your time.

Pioneer TV purchasing experience

Some of the employees were not friendly and said I shouldn't buy the Pioneer product and when I said that was what I wanted, basically walked away. An LG employee was very helpful but don't remember his name.

Happy with the purhase

The delivery was on time and the quality of the TV is very good. It took us only 10-15 minutes to set it up. I have used it for over a week now to watch YouTube etc. and I am happy with the product. The picture quality is much better than my previous TV and the sound has a much better range for loudness.
