The TV picture is good, the operating system is not user friendly. The TV is very difficult to cast to unless you download on your mobile phone their App from Apple store or Google play.

I've been extremely impressed with this TV. It has a fantastic picture, sound quality is great and it was a fantastic price. I've had a lot of top tier TV's and honestly this one is just as good with the picture and sound quality. This replaced our super expensive Samsung TV and I would buy this over and over again compared to it. We use these TV's in all of our Airbnb's as well because of the quality. Highly recommend.

Great quality for the price! The picture is super clear, and the colors really pop. The smart features are easy to use, and the Xumo interface makes finding shows simple. Sound is decent, but adding a soundbar makes it even better. Overall, it’s an awesome 4K TV that’s worth every penny!

Pioneer 65" is one of the best large TV buys on the market. Pioneer has been a trusted name in electronics for years. I should know I own several pioneer stereo and video equipment and never had a problem. The picture quality is excellent however I'm very surprised about the sound quality since I have pioneer speakers that are outstanding. Overall not a better buy in the market. Best Buy you have outdone yourself. Awesome

Excellent TV!! Best bang for your buck with the Pioneer name. I am a huge Pioneer fan from back in the day and I have this TV in the 55inch and 65inch. Its a great quality TV if you're on a budget or if you are looking to get an above quality TV that gives you a fully immersive experience.

Just bought it a day ago. So far it seems okay. One issue I have is the lag and slow response on the app main screen. Some apps have a slow buffer delay which never happend on my other TV. The wifi system may not be as good. I'll try a hard line to TV and see what happens.

Love this tv. Haven’t had any problems with it. Upgraded from a 2015 55” Element TV and theres a huge quality difference. I dont use the Xumo because I carried over a 4K Chromecast I used from the old TV. I also have a soundbar connected through bluetooth so no problem with the sound either. Basically I just use the tv for the picture quality and its worth the price. Feel like I got my own personal movie theatre going on in my den.

TV picture and user functions are great. 1st Xumo TV that I've owned but I have no complaints with the Xumo platform. The sound leaves something to be desired though. Even with a soundbar (via Bluetooth) it's not that great.

Great tv for the money i had it for a year now and the only problem I had was if i don't use it for a while i have to press the power button a couple of times.

Great Value For Price Point. Easy to unpack. Simple internet interface. Wonderful product and it is a 4K Smart TV. I would recommend this for anyone on a budget. Much better than the TCL picture. Pioneer sound is second to none. The TV is XUMO. Xumo is a streaming service with thousands of movies and TV shows available for free on a variety of devices and platforms. And it connects seamlessly to XUMO.

The tv is good and what i expected for the price paid.
