Not so smart - smart tv

Also in order to update firmware you have to download new version onto a blank usb drive and then plug into back of tv. Why can’t it just update over the internet

The only complaint I have is the audio constantly lags with the video…the lips don’t match up with the sound. I googled it and it appears to be an issue with this TV.

The picture is amazing, but not much backlighting. Only had it two weeks and the sound stop working but unplugged and plugged it back up. Its working just find!
