I don't know why, but it seems like there is a problem with the electricity, other than that, it looks fine.

Worse Tv ever i wouldn’t take it for free!!

Let the kids smash it in the back yard and bought a new one complete trash! Xumo tv also spent 2 weeks to tell me the tv was broken we already knew that what a joke! 0 stars!

Several issues invthe first two weeks

I’m constantly having to reset it for it to work. I even tried connecting a Lan cable to see if it helps that didn’t work either. I’m not sure if anybody else is having this issue or it’s just me.

It froze up once with no response using the remote. Had to unplug it to reset it so i hope that was just a minor random glitch .... Since then no problems. She loves it.

Don’t waste your time on this tv.

It wouldn’t stay connected to the internet even after a factory reset. Had a member of the Geek squad out and he advised me to return it. I did after trying for another week to work out the bugs. I had high hopes because I have had Pioneer audio equipment since I was a young man. Worst tv I have ever owned .

Good Smart TV for the price.

We got this Christmas and have enjoyed it. The sound could be a little better with it being a Pioneer TV but overall for the price you pay the screen quality is great. Easy to navigate and set up.
