But the customer service from Pioneer was non-existent. They transferred me to Best Buy tech support and they had no idea how to help me regarding several questions I had. But I do appreciate the return policy because I was able to return without any problems.

Deal breaking audio issues

Have to unplug for 60 seconds and plug back in for it to work again. Would return immediately but the tv is huge and that would be a nightmare.

Not the Pioneer that you remember

It wasn't, it's definitely not Even in the top of TVs i would use for a gaming system. It's ok to watch TV and various media but it's not the pioneer i remember. But i did get it on sale and i know why now.

Do it buy

Ever since I’ve had this TV it’s struggles to stay connected to the Internet. Also, Just in general The XUMO TV User interface is not great. I miss my Roku TV and would much rather have that user experience

Bad Wi-Fi connectivity

Xumo is bad

Did not like this Pioneer xumo TV!

Always had to put my wi & password in everytime i turned it back on! Always had problems with my apps loaded! Pioneer changed me $ 89 dollars! I'm still not sure why? Did not like the picture, or sound quality!

Screen freezes

It has then froze and made a nose then the tv turned off. It wouldn’t turn back on until I unplugged it. I have only had the tv for 2 weeks.

Pioneer t.v.

Will more than likely take back. All this within 2 months of purchasing.
