    Tv is Lagging/Studdering . I have never had any problems with prior TVs in this space before, so it’s not the internet . Also the picture doesn’t do it for me. I wanted to explore a different platform from my other Roku TVs . I will be returning after 1 week of trying to correct issues.

    This has to be one of the worst tv's I've ever purchased. I wish i didn't miss the return date,I would have taken it back and purchased something different. No app store so I can't download any of my other apps that aren't already preloaded. Never again will i purchase a Pioneer Xumo TV.

    I understand why this tv was on sale. It has no processing power. Cant play ps5 or xbox series x due to graphics chip cant handle it. When i tried, the screen would keep blacking out. Worst flat screen tv i have owned.

    I guess you truly get what you pay for. Terrible TV. Pixels in the picture and terrible sound. Had to haul it back to the store to return it.

    Can't watch my AppleTV library

    While this has AppleTV+, it does not have the AppleTV app that allows you to watch your library purchases. Also, it would not recognize my MacBook Air when I tried to hook it up via HDMI.

    Second TV I purchased broken in the box

    The TV itself is good, however, the first one I bought, the screen was completely broken. Customer service gave mis-information. Waited a week to be told about being given misinformation and the issue was finally corrected days later.

    Said it would be delivered next day, then got text of delay, not for 2-4 days. Tried to cancel order with Best Buy and FedEx 12 hrs after I bought it. Was unable to cancel. Won’t be here for the delivery but apparently no one cares
