    Very satisfied. Purchased the Pioneer 65” class LED 4k 2 months ago to replace our 47” Panasonic Viera which was hard to hear and operating system was no longer supported by Netflix, (a ROKU fix). I intended to buy the Sony 65” Class Bravia XR90 LED @$1299. The Pioneer was $319, a savings of over $900. It has a great picture that rivals the Sony, the sound is great, it’s easy to operate connected to our internet and Roku easily. It may not have all the features as the Sony, but it does everything I need, Pioneer was a premium brand back in the day, will see if it lives up to its heritage, so far so good, Ps, Bought online, was not available in store, Geek Squad delivered at no charge,

    I am very happy with this TV. The picture quality is sharp and an excellent buy for the money. I would certainly buy another one. Highly recommend the TV if you are looking for an inexpensive good TV with a sharp picture and good colors.

    Pioneer quality with a great remote.

    Is this the best TV on the market? Is it going to absolutely blow you away? Is it likely to win major awards in it's category? No, probably not. But what it is is an extremely affordable & very well & competitively priced 65 inch 4K smart TV, and the same seems to apply to the other sizes of Pioneer TV's at Best Buy. Best Buy seems to have partnered with another major brand of TV's & electronics and has yet again put out a feature packed and well priced TV. Kinda confusing to me, in a way, in that currently it's priced below (by $30) their own store brand Insignia. Currently seeing the 65 inch Insignia 4K smart TV for $350 and this one with very similar features and same size for $320. Yeah, I'll save money and get a TV that's not a store brand thank you very much. Ok, specific details now. As I highlighted in the heading it has a great remote. More like a remote that you'll actually want and not rush out to get a universal replacement. Really, love Firestick & Roku smart TV's, but I've never been a fan of their tiny remotes, especially as most current TV's are totally reliant on their remotes with few to no onboard buttons anymore. This remote wins me over for simply having a numerical keypad on it. That simple little addition makes it both large enough to have a good feel and not feel like they cut every available corner for whatever reason. The sound is meh and mainly where it gets 4 stars at. You can probably do without a soundbar here, but depending on your setup & situation you might want to seriously consider one. It gets loud enough at notch 35 (out of 100) for me, but if you want great sound or your kids are noisy, get a soundbar or really crank this thing up. I like how it has standard & traditional A/V inputs, but with HDMI almost completely taking over I feel like any 55 inch and larger TV should come with 4 HDMI inputs and regardless of the TV or brand I always take a point away when they have fewer than 4 HDMI inputs. Think about it. Odds are at 55 inches and up, your likely getting it as your primary TV. With that, you probably want as many HDMI inputs as possible because you know you'll need them, for video game systems, cable/satellite boxes, DVD/blu-ray player, or possibly an alternate streaming device. They fill up for sure and while multi taps are available, getting as many as possible (and 4 tends to be the max onboard for TV's currently) is a benefit and perk that I believe most can benefit from and appreciate. However at the end of it there's nothing to be mad at here. While again it's not likely to be an award winning TV model, it is very much well worth the money. And really, isn't that what most are after in the end?

    Pioneer - Stick to Speakers

    Bought this Pioneer TV at a really good sales price to replace my bedroom TV. Although I'm familiar with Pioneer from speakers and car radios back in the day, I don't see too many Pioneer TVs. Right out of the box, the TV did not start up like it stated it would in the user guide. It was supposed to automatically guide me through setup with on-screen prompts. That did not happen. In fact, at one point, some weird matrix-looking picture came up on the screen and I thought I bought a lemon. I called the number listed in the user guide for technical assistance, and after waiting on hold for a good 10 minutes, the CSR told me that they only service certain Pioneer products at that location and that she needed to give me the number to another site for technical service. I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS! Fortunately, my husband kept fiddling with the TV while I was on hold and got it working. I didn't like the fact that I had to create an account with XUMO and add a credit card, etc. before I could get going. All I wanted to do was watch TV in bed! Since setup, it's been mostly fine, but there was one incident where it wouldn't come on at all. We had to unplug the TV and plug it back in a couple times to fix the issue. The picture is decent and the apps have worked well so far. Time will tell if this was a good buy.

    Very happy with the tv. Only issue that I have ran into so far is that the brightness when watching movies is super low. The tv settings don't allow you to just turn up the brightness, you have to mess with every setting (contrast, etc.) to get the picture looking how you want. Still haven't been able to get it how I want but the tv is great otherwise.

    Pioneer 65" Class LED 4k UHD Smart Xumo. What I wanted under the right budget. Great cool and warm colors, hue and contrast. Under indirect light the screen shows minor glare. Perfect fit for a medium size living room or a large room. Easy to assemble. Good sound. Simple remote control, easy to navigate through its menu. The XUMO platform is easy to use. Responsive software. Perfect refresh ratio when watching sports and other vivid moving images. Overall a great set for the price.

    Its a great tv but sadly there is not a browser or a way to add apps that aren't already prebuilt. Also we have to continually reset the sound as the audio can be delayed with what the tv is showing in Realtime :( Granted we paid a low price, so maybe we got what we paid for

    Great TV for the price. Wish the controller was a little larger. Like the choices of streaming on the controller. I am a little overwhelmed with all the choices on Startup. I'd prefer just to go to TV or the streaming but as I said in the beginning it's a great TV for the price

    I got this to replace my Vizio 58 inch that had multiple issues in less than 2 years. This TV has a great picture. I bought the 5 year protection because I have had some pretty bad luck with flat screen televisions lasting. I had a Coby, Hitachi & Vizio and none of them lasted but a few years. This one has the best image yet. I don't know about the sound, I use a home theater receiver and speakers.
