Best buy couldn't help. pioneer tech support could not send me a jpg to help me out, and could not accept me sending them a jpg to show them what I am looking at with the back of the tv. Called Best Buy back to come get it, and I have to all them in the morning because it is still in delivery status. SO now I have to order another tv and wait and wait again. I kid you not, THERE IS NO PLACE TO PLUG THE POWER CORD INTO ON THIS TV. Only thing I can think of is that there is an external power supply and it is missing.

The TV is fine but if I can't set a default input for gaming or use it as a monitor for music production since the stock interface it a hot pile of trash, I would HIGHLY recommend you steer clear of this thing. It seems to actively stop me from picking my input. Not to mention, it has a REAL hard time with PC HDR settings. Making everything you use that's not one of their platform partner channels (Netflix, Apple, etc.) so they can track your activity, such a pain to use, I almost threw this thing in my yard. Poineer used to be REALLY good. Update your crap guys!

My proper name was left off the package. So the company was unable to identified the package was mines for weeks. This action is very unacceptable and your company was not of any assistance to me, only wanted to take the blame off of this company. When in fact ypur Theater section is very lousy and uncaring. Never again. I havent had the use of TV yet just located it

I have to totally unplug it from the power source and wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. After it does a total reboot, it’s fine. It is just very frustrating.
