I love this television; the picture is fantastic with options to match your equipment. Xumo, built in has quite a bit to offer even if you do not subscribe, I am still exploring a month later. The remote is done nicely they kept it basic and put all the options in the onscreen menu. When the name Pioneer is on a product I expect great sound, this does not disappoint as the sound is fantastic (actual bass) so much more than any other set I had in the past. No surround sound or soundbar is needed, it has about every option you may need to suit your needs. I highly recommend this television. I like it so much II am buying three additional sets for gifts. So well worth the money. Picture A+ Sound A+ Price A+ Ease of use A+

I purchase the TV online, I was able to go the same day to pick it up. Online experience was excellent; easy to select the TV, find out information about it etc. I went to pick up TV at store, walked in and asked where I should go to pick it up. I was told by 4 people they would be right back they were goin too get the TV. The 5th store employee said I should go get my car and pull out front - he would be right out with it. I pull up and get out of car , 5 minutes goes by, 10 min goes by turn insto 20 minutes. I finally went back into store and asked what was going on - at the 35 minutes wait time. He brings TV to car and helps me put the end of the box on edge of trunk and says good luck with that. My experience at the store was nothing but bad customer service and a complete JOKE I do love the TV. works great

Great quality tv with a great price to match. Getting Dolby Vision at this price point is super rare. Tv was easy to set up and the picture is greatly improved from my old Plasma. Super happy with the purchase even after the employee kept trying to convince me to buy a Hisense for double the price.

The tv is okay, for the price. The color is good the sound is really good to tell you the truth. The only thing the tv is slow af. Takes forever, if you like to game I don’t recommend this TV.

I got this to upgrade my master bedroom size tv. I’m absolutely amazed that for the price tbe quality is phenomenal. The sound quality is great and has gone above and beyond my expectations and wouod recommend this tv for anyone. I am so glad i took a leap and went with the 65” Pioneer. Absolutely love it!

very nice TV. Hooked up my computer to it and the text look great. Didn't play any games but it should be a pleasant experience, The OS is clunky and sometimes extra slow, But the experience of enjoying something so breathtaking. I watch Marvel's gotg and it was crazy nice to see something commensurate with the price as a value oriented buy. TVs are inherently cheap these days unless you want OLED, micro LEDs or any of the up and coming monitors. But many TVs this low in price are likely from 2020-2022 and every year the tech gets better. But the tech of yesterday, especially if you're coming from a 65 inch 1080p tv is contrasted with 2020-2022 tech is a very viable and smart buy.

Our 55" Roku television died so we were in need. I looked for decent Roku TV's but they were priced thru the roof. I saw this Pioneer with XUMO TV. Our local cable provider has done away with traditional cable boxes and are now supplying XUMO streaming boxes to its subscribers. Knowing this bit of information made my purchase decision easy. After assembling the television, I powered it on and there was nothing but a black screen. I thought I was screwed and figured I'd have to return it. Nothing I pressed on the remote did anything resembling a function. Finally one more try by pressing the reset button. The screen was all wildly colored like it was broken. I unplugged it for 15 seconds before plugging it back in. TADA!!!! That worked. The television was working. I was able to enter the settings menu and set everything up. The XUMO service is a bit different than Roku. I learned the hard way that all the channels for streaming providers are already preinstalled. Once I played with it for about an hour it became easier and easier to maneuver around the menu items and channels. If I had the option to purchase this again I would. The vibrant picture it produces is absolutely beautiful. Just remember.... If you plug in your new Pioneer XUMO TV and get a black screen, press the reset button for 15 seconds, wait for it to boot back up then unplug it for 10 to 15 seconds. Plug it back in and you should be good to go.

Easy set up! Great features including customizable menu, good sound, killer price! Best band for the buck! Love it for gaming as well as streaming services!

The Pioneer 65” 4K Smart Xumo TV is a solid budget option. The picture quality is good for the price, and the sound is decent it's surprisingly good. It’s great for casual viewing in a bedroom or office, but the app selection is limited, and the interface can feel a bit slow. Overall, it’s a great deal if you’re not after premium features!

This Pioneer 65" Smart Xumo TV is incredible! The 4K picture quality is stunning, and the built-in apps make streaming effortless. I already have a smaller Pioneer Xumo TV and loved it so much that I got this larger size for the living room. Both deliver amazing value for the price—highly recommend for any space!

TV is great especially for the price! Fits perfectly in replace of the 55 inch, so grateful for the upgrade. And the deliver service was on time and careful.

THE TV IS OK WITH A GREAT PICTURE AND SOUND AND I LIKE FACT THAT IT LISTS THE SUB-CHANNELS ON THE SCREEN. TWO NEGATIVES, THE REMOTE CONROL DOES NOT HAVE A "PREVIOUS CHANNEL" BUTTON AND IN ORDER TO OPEN A XUMO ACCOUNT YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER WHICH I WON'T DO SO I CAN'T USE THE FREE STREAMING. THEY SHOULD ALLOW OPENING A XUMO ACCOUNT FOR FREE STREAMING ONLY.

Purchased for bedroom. Good value for what we paid. I wouldnt consider a top of line unit but very happy with purchase. Xumo app way better than expected.

For the money this does just about everything short of being super sharp. Don't get me wrong it’s great and the built in OS is easy to use just like a fire stick. If I needed another tv i wouldn’t hesitate to grab another of these Pioneer TVs. I tested on some good 4k nature shows and it’s a nice picture but it’s not a high end nano led TV. You just don’t get this good of quality with 4k and HDR in this price range.

Best TV I've owned in a while. I've had this 65 inch model for almost 2 years. Zero issues, used daily and often. I came back to Best Buy to buy another of the same model/size but have been looking for months it seems the 65 inch model is discontinued and you literally cannot buy this anywhere except Best Buy. May just settle for the 55 inch to get it before it goes away too. Love the Xumo app/engine, the TV is crystal clear and the sound quality is actually very good - I switch between my sound bar and the built in speakers and there is a hard distinction. Great TV...just wish they had it in the 65 inch still :(

I received my pioneer tv thursday. Delivery was on time. I love the price, size of the tv, and the quality and sound are great. The tv does seem to disconnect from from wifi if sitting idle to long or when turning the tv on. It may nit be the best tv for most but it works for me and my family

Over all I'm really happy with this TV. I was hesitant due to being an "off brand" but decided to take the chance because it was on sale! The image is bright and clear, big bonus for excellent sound quality! The operating system and apps runs smooth (after appropriate updates are done) and the setup was super easy. Dont get me wrong "name brands" will have a better picture quality, but if you want affordable and still a fantastic image and sound this is a great alternative!

I’ve always been a car, audio, pioneer person, and I was able to afford it. This TV has impressed me all around. The screen and color are the best I’ve had in years with no adjustments out of the box. It’s pioneer you can actually hear the speakers. Although I have a sound bar set up with it for Enhanced viewing and sound, they only Compliment the speakers that came with the TV. I’m not the best of explaining pixels and all of that but the detail in every single movie surpasses almost any TV. I can think I’ve owned to this point. I would recommend anybody Get this pioneer size. The color Is great. This comes from somebody’s hard to give a review. I’m used to telling people how badly the service our probably is, But pioneer remains top-tier……..
