Very easy to use. Bluetooth connects to my phone automatically and it has access to my contacts which is great. It also stores your saved pandora stations so you don’t need to do anything with your phone after you connect it once. Voice command works well. Has better radio reception than the manufacturer radio in my wrangler.

This unit is performing beyond my expectations. Camera picture are clear and bright. Radio quality is very good. Ease of use/ is user friendly even for this 70 year old.

I have a 2017 VW Jetta and this is a great buy. The Volkswagens stock radio are known for issues with Bluetooth. The best way I can explain it it’s similar to back in the day when you had a scratch CD if you purchase this for your vehicle, you will need other parts for it to be successfully installed such as $200 for interface. This controls the device with your steering wheel the other is the plastic piece you see in the picture the one that Best Buy sells is wrong. I actually bought it online, I had it professionally installed at Pacific stereo for $200. Total price invested was $1050. $600 for this receiver, $200 interface, $200 install and $50 for others. Overall worth it

Love this radio! Fit perfectly in my Jeep and looks great.

Tech very knowledgeable pointed out everything..showed me small crack in face of radio and that I would be getting a call within few days about it.

Works great with Bluetooth, needs a cord to use gps. Only bad thing is that the guy that installed the radio might’ve been lazy because the place to plug the cord to use for the gps came out from beside my console and it’s a black connection cord. It does not look great but it works fine.

Decided to upgrade the stereo on my 2016 VW Passat. Very pleased with this unit. I added a Sirius XM receiver as well. My wife decided she wanted one as well so we ordered another one. The installation from Best Buy was great as well.

Works great so far. Still learning how to guide thru it and make it my own. Especially since you can customize it for your preference. Alot easier for the hands free edition.

The sound quality is amazing & I love the fact that you can change the colors & that there are physical buttons. I wanted to love this so much but it just wouldn't connect at times and it was so slow and came up with errors. Also, it doesn't have Facebook messenger and a lot of other features that newer systems have like screen mirroring for example. The sound quality is on point so I gave it 3 stars plus due to physical buttons and preset sound settings are nice.

One of the best head units I've ever purchased. Still works flawlessly after two years, love the Android Auto. Bluetooth is seamless to connect. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Finally updated my plain factory head unit I now have gps and other apps on the screen. I also purchased and wired in the Maestro wiring kit to get more options like tire pressures on the head unit. Only thing the backup camera is not very bright and good quality as factory but good enough for what its used for.

I recommend this really good, has bluetooh car play an much more.

Excellent unit, installed very simply and was an excellent upgrade from the factory unit. Sound quality was much improved and the integrated phone and bluetooth features work flawlessly. I would buy this again if I need another in the future.

I really like this new radio. I also appreciate the free instillation. The worker was very professional, fast, and made the process easy. Though I had to pay alittle extra for steering wheel compatibility with the radio it was worth it.

Great service and shipment from bestbuy! Great radio, love all the sound features to get the best sound on your system, CarPlay works great. Only cons, I’ll love it to have 2 USB port.

I bought this pioneer radio on august 1st and today me and my friend installed it and its the best radio i highly recommend it i even bought another one for my 2013 dodge dart SXT

I'd give this an excellent but the only issue is that it is wired Car Play and Android Auto. The unit is a little older BUT the selling point here is **value**. You get a lot for not a lot of money. BB did a great job on the installation and I'd highly recommend this product.
