Installation was a bit challenging because of.my car's wiring but the installers did a great job. Also love the radio!

While driving it is so easy to go back and forth with everything with the apple car play and the standard radio. Wish the back up camera was better. Its a little too fisheyed for my liking.

This stereo was a huge upgrade from the old one. I am very pleased with it, but would like it better if it didn't have a glare issue with too much daylight at times. Overall a very good purchase!

I purchase a 2019 mercedes sprinter van it did not come with a radio, ,now all is well thanks to best buy.

Pioneer has always been a good choice, if offers quality and great features. The bluetooth is very audible, not muffled like other brand I've dealt with. Would choose pioneer again.

Apple CarPlay has a better interface than Android Auto, but my opinion only. Versatility of having both convenient.

Great stereo, works fast, can change colors and even add pic to background.

I purchased this radio on a Friday had it installed by Best Buy on Saturday, radio died Sunday morning! So I wake up Sunday morning and go to my car, radio started fine, I went to custom EQ and flatlined all the bars, turned the volume up to 14 and begin to tweak the bands, about three bars in the radio shuts off. I never turned the volume over 14.... I check my fuses, pushed the rest button and nothing changed. Now I have to do my holiday traveling using a mini speaker so I won’t be driving in silence. Happy Hollidays.

I got it open box and it works well most of the time. Sometimes the Applecar play does not work well
