I wish I could give this radio a 5 star review because the sound quality was great. Unfortunately within two months it quit keeping an accurate time and date, then started to randomly shut off. Four months after installation it randomly won’t turn on, shuts off while driving, touch screen controls won’t work, song info has been stuck on the wrong song for a week and Best Buy did not seem to want to help at all. Granted I didn’t pay for the protection plan but I shouldn’t be having these issues with a less than 6 month old radio. Best Buy initially told me I would have to pay to have it removed then buy a new radio and pay to have that one installed. After speaking to management they agreed to send it to pioneer since it’s still under factory warranty. What a nightmare.

The buttons are a little small but other than that a great product. Worth the money

Bluetooth has issues with several things. Had to hard plug in S8 vs. normal Bluetooth.

Ita super glarey! It freezes often, but sound is great.

The radio was good but there seems to be an issue with the installation or the unit. The Apple car play will not work after 3 days of having the unit installed and when I called back they want to push me out several weeks for an appointment. I think they should accommodate since I had it installed by them also.

Overall nice product. Apple play feature doesn’t always connect well but good unit overall.

Just got it a month ago, some possible glitches, or it's the learning curve affect.

I love the receiver but make sure the installer adjust your face plate right

Got this for my son for Christmas and he was happy with all it can do.

I went through three of these units. The USB connection went completely dead on all three units. The Pioneer interface is slow and has quit a bit of lag with response to touch. The sound is ok, but the difference is night and day after replacing the units with Kenwood’s. The Kenwood unit sounds much better than this, and it’s only running through factory speakers in a 2017 Toyota Tundra and 2018 Rav 4. The Best Buy manager and installers were great, and exchanged the units out for Kenwood DMX770s units which so far I’m really happy with.

Good stereo for apple car play. Not a great screen too much glare

I enjoy all the features it has to include Spotify and Pandora.
