Even the Total Tech guy is asking me where I got this diamond. Only four channels listed on the specs but subwoofer capable. Going to look into that. Works seemlessly with CarPlay and Android Auto. Takes a minute to boot up and another to connect. 50 W tasty RMS. Can hear clearly with the windows down. (With upgraded speakers obvi). So sorry this gem may not be available anymore. Yes, the bass hits.

I have been seeing much talk about Apple Car Play in newer vehicles. I have a 2009 Ford Ranger... She is like brand new to me as I baby her and she only has 52,000 miles. I had replaced all my door and rear speakers with Pioneer and then added a subwoofer. My old Pioneer Head Unit has been well used. Nonetheless this new head unit with Car Play is just amazing. It is so nice to be able to use my phone in such a way that I don't have to ever look at my phone or take my eyes off the road. The display is really nice. I also have SiriusXM so having those extra features is nice as well. One thing I will warn about this radio did require me to make some modification to install it. It's not what I would call plug and play, so if you aren't good at this type installation, you probably should have it installed professionally. Buy this head unit, you will like it as much as I do.

I LOVE everything about this system. The sound is fantastic, it looks great, and it is incredibly easy to use. I've been told several times that the microphone sounds better than the original Honda microphone. The tech at Best Buy did an exceptional job of installing, and the system works great with the steering column controls and factory-installed back-up camera in my 2018 Ridgeline. I now have exactly the features I want in my truck at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this system and Best Buy installation.

This was installed to replace an older Pioneer Single DIN unit that was installed in a RAV4 we recently purchased as an additional vehicle for our household. We got this along with the Sirius XM Tuner and had both installed by the GEEK SQUAD. This sounds great and is very easy to operate. Installation by the GEEK SQUAD looks great too. And Pioneer's website has about 40 instructional videos showing how to operate the various functions of the radio.

Pioneer with another great product. Features, sound, hd radio, everything works great on this unit. Apple car play is great and does everything i need it to do. Had it installed at Best Buy Downey by Gabriel and he was awesome. Was very thorough on what he did and answered any questions I had about the unit.

I love this stereo! It makes driving and using the cellular device so much easier

I bought this for my vehicle and it works awesome! I use Android auto with it and it works great. I love having Google Maps and Play Music whenever I need it in an easy to use interface. The voice commands work good too, you can tell it to find a destination or play one of your favorite songs. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking to upgrade. The price is right too.

I'm new to the after market radio game, but let me tell you this one is a beauty. I had geek squad install and they did a great job. In and out in under 90 minutes. Comes with the mic and cord. I just needed the siriusxm tuner and the dash kit which I got on eBay. I didn't shop around much but I'm very happy with this purchase.

I got my Nissan Versa note a dope upgrade with this stereo and Kicker speakers..Thanks to the Geek Squad guy David for the installation.

As of 11/22/17 the unit will still not work with any software that requires AppRadio due to an incompatibility with iOS 11. This includes Waze. Pioneer still claims to be addressing the issue some 2+ months later. Prior to iOS 11 Waze would only work correctly approximately 50% of the time with my iPhone 7. I concur with those who dislike the screen. In addition to the glare problem, it cannot be seen when wearing polarized sunglasses. At least this is the case with my installation. Good luck.
