It's the best head unit I have ever owned. I just wish it had wireless phone mirroring like the older NEX models had. The hd resolution looks really good. The mounting options are endless.

It was a real good product some issues at first but was not major.. Also be aware you might need extra harnesses for your vehicle which best buy doesnt tell you till you are paying

It’s been 2 months…. So far so good. I highly recommend doing the firmware update. It will definitely fix any kinks that it might have.

It would be nice is the unit was a bit more shallow. Super annoying that I need septate Turner for xm in my already right dashboard. Unit is not very intuitive. There are many features buried in the interface that are common like dining controls and others that are common like the network router controls unnecessarily hard to use. Expensive price point just for wireless connectivity.

I would rate zero stars if I could! BB sold me this unit and according to them everything would work on a Yukon XL Denali oncluding the rear entertainment system and everything. Well, after I get to BB to get it installed and after numerous hours spent, I am told this unit will not work because it doesn’t have a DVD player. Why would they sell me this unit and say it will work with my vehicle knowing that my vehicle has a rear entertainment system and NOT have a DVD player!?!?!? This is ridiculous. And in a way im also upset at Pioneer for making this type of product without a freaking DVD player. It's ridiculous.

The GPS is off. When im on the freeway my gps shows im 3 streets away. Incredibly slow for a high priced unit. They have this huge screen and do nothing with it. The square outline for the clock is twice as big as the clock display inside it. If im listeneimg to the radio and i open anything on my phone it turns the radio station off and jumps to carplay. Everytime i crank my truck it navigates thru a few minutes of black screen messeges. Sometimes it locks on the black screen and i have to pull over kill my truck and restart it. I went from the most basic factory radio to this piece and i miss my factory radio. While playing songs with carplay it frequently cuts in and out. My phone is literally sitting next to the unit on my dash. Do your research before buying this. I literally get annoyed at least 5 times everytime i drive my truck.

I put this deck in my 2010 Escalade and it’s amazing what this deck does from the hdmi to the WiFi to watch videos it’s great

The radio has started to malfunction after 2 years. not worth the money.

Thi radio caost 1200 dollars and works about 10% of the time. Android auto andapplrca play both just quit working all the time. At least 3 times a car ride, it constantly thinks I'm on a call with myself and I have to find the call menu and hit end. Definitely not worth the price at all. If I had known I would of went with a different radio. Not as bad as the alpine I bought, but still. No where near the value for the price.

Way to many bugs and slow always shuts off and for 1300$ it is a hunk of junk not happy a duel would probably be better had high hopes.

This is just perfect! We love it and very easy to navigate!
