It wasn't as "fancy" (i.e. rainbow colored lights, etc.) as some of the others, but teenagers need to be watching the road, not their receivers. It's been perfect! Great sound. Easy for her to put in her CDs without taking her eyes off the road and plug in her phone as well. Excellent value. She's had it for a year and a half and it's still working great!
