Enjoy having Bluetooth and using the pioneer arc app with this receiver!

Good overall radio for he money, sounds good and does what I wanted

This product worked good improved the sound of the sistam.

Radio is working fine now. Had problem with setting up my wife's phone. Finally went back to Best Buy and ask him if I was doing something wrong. It took him a little while to finally get it to correspond but it finally did. Now my wife will have a learning curve getting used to it.

Possibly the most difficult piece of equipment I've ever used. You have to thoroughly read the manual just to change from CD to radio. There is no way anything as simple as playing a CD should be so difficult. My own fault for still being a dinosaur and using CDs.

No problems with the product it's good sound good price

Almost two years later, it still works great! My only complaint is that every now and then while using Bluetooth, the connection will start to lag a bit, but it's really remedied by selecting a different mode (ie fm/am) and then switching back.

It fits nicely with my Sienna Van. Do note that you would need to buy additional bracket to complete the surrounding area of the receiver, otherwise it would look ugly. Also wheel control of audio does not work unless you buy additional parts.

I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful experience I have had at Best Buy and the Geek Squad over this purchase of a new radio/cd player for my car. Unfortunately after they put it in, the cd player did not work right and basically the cds skipped, stopped, and just did not play. They called me and told me to come back in today and they would take a look at it again. Well I sat in the car with the Geek Squad member and watched him take things apart and put it all back together. We put a cd in and it played continuously without any hiccups. An hour later, I put a cd in and it skipped and stopped and another and another. I am going out of town tomorrow and will not be back for a week so I am going to call them when I return and see if there is anything else we can do or is it a lost cause. But everyone at the store has been wonderful.

I bought this to replace a similar radio that had been stolen from my son’s truck. He is very satisfied with the reception and sound, and I was pleased with the price and the Geek Squad installation service included in the price.

I went from a 2014 car to a 2006 and I miss the hands free answering playing music from my phone this radio came with all the plus more I can charge my phone from it and it’s very easy to navigate. It also looks amazing

I would give it 5 stars, but we have problems getting Pandora and Spotify controls to work consistently. Bluetooth audio and phone controls have worked great. I love the large display and buttons, so I don't have to take my eyes off the road for too long to make changes.
