I returned this item. It was defective. Turned itself back on when tried to turn it off. Changed input device again on its own with no prompt while watching tv. It is not 8k ready. Setup was not easy. Poor build quality and design.

I cannot get any Pandora music in Zone 2 which is the Master Bedroom. Best Buy Geek Squad and Magnolia have been very responsive, but the issue is still not resolved.

I liked it a lot when I first got it, but it quit working after 3 days - the audio output simply stopped. Had Total Tech come out and they determined that it was defective. Returned it and am getting a Denon receiver instead. Tech guy said that Pioneer Elite had gone down in quality, since I purchased my last one, years ago.

It may be a good unit for its purpose but it was entirely wrong for us and we feel we were led astray

No set up instructions at all, not even a web page to visit. Not the Pioneer brand of years ago, bought out by Onkio and now bankrupt.

Too many flaws that customer service at pioneer cannot help with. It was a waste of $912.00. I have to constantly reset and that does not always work.

Pioneer has finally lost it, the quality is horrible. This is a high end receiver that will work for a few years and then quit. I have bought Pioneer all my life, home audio, car stereos, etc. . I am here to tell you..DONT DO IT! My last one ( A Elite VSX-70) stopped with a UE22 error (look online, it is a nightmare for hundreds of customers)!! Now that Onkyo owns them, the legacy of Pioneer is over. Sad.
