Was looking for a receiver that had power and 11 channels. The Pioneer was my choice.

It was delivered a week early, and in perfect condition...WOW. Installed it two days later, So far its been operating perfectly.

GARBAGE receiver. Had the Geek Squad set it up. Now not putting out sound out of the blue. Best Buy will not help you with warranty. Can't hire Geek Squad to come diagnose it. Got the run around from Best Buy customer service AND Pioneers Customer service. For almost $1000 this thing should have worked for more than a year...

Purchased the receiver in August 2023. By March 2024 I have already had to send the unit off for repair. The receiver simply shut off and went to an Amp Diagnostic mode. This happened without the receiver being pushed. I only powered speakers with 6 of the 9 channels and powered speakers that use less RMS than what the receiver is rated for by 50%.

Have 2 older versions of the same model! Excellent!!!!

Enjoying this receiver and great quality and functionality. Everything works great as specified.

Not as punchy as my old Onkyo, lots of manual setting up, very noisy - terrible hiss coming from center and fronts. Bought a new center, same issue. I’ll experiment some more and let you know

This receiver is awesome, its better than my sc lx 501 which i had for 7 years. This receiver will last me for years to come. I will recommend this to a friend

It would be beneficial to include a printed manual with the receiver.

I have been very satisfied with this unit. Functions very well and has tremendous capabilities.

Works like a charm, but the process of acquiring it was the ABSOLUTELY WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This one was a DUD right out of the box. Everything worked except for the front panel display. Not very helpful if you want to know what is going on with the receiver or how things are set while watching television or something. Everything else worked, just no front panel display. It was probably just a bad/dry solder connection, but I didn't pay over $1500 for a bad solder joint or almost everything works. I returned it to my nearest Best Buy store where they refunded my purchase with no problem.

It would work for an hour and then hdmi would disconnect and stop working. Tried literally everything to fix it but apparently Pioneers just have these issues

Not what I hoped it would be. Had some issues & retuened it for a Denon x2800h.

This is product is the worst system I have owned. I recently purchased this one because my last pioneer system failed. My mistake in thinking this wound not so the same. It shuts off and reboots randomly since day one. I’ve taken it in to Best Buy they sent it out for repairs and they claim nothing is wrong with the system. I want my money back or money towards upgrading to a better system.

When i bought this product and connected to BasX A3 Three-Channel Power Amplifier it wouldn’t turn on and there was no sound. It wasnt automatic and the sound stage is small. When i switched to the Onkyo,rz50 it worked just fine. Im going to return it.
