Bad amp with horrible customer service

Purchased this amp to drive my door speakers. Immediately started getting a popping sound coming from the speakers. Tried replacing all the cables, even purchased a new head unit. Ended up getting a new amp which worked fine. Contacted pioneer and they wanted me to send it off to get repaired with shipping on my dime and no idea how long it would take. That is &*&@ and so is this amp.
