    When it works, it's an okay stereo. The first one installed kept shorting out and powering down. Best buy ordered a replacement and installed it. It was good for a couple of weeks. It started losing power to one of the speakers. Best buy "fixed" it. Still having issues with the one channel and today it just wouldn't turn on at all. Display was blank and no sound.

    The unit is a disappointment. I love music, so I was hoping this unit & JBL speakers would give me the sound experience I was looking for, but it isn't much better than the factory unit that was original. Waste of time & money.

    Screen blanks out and you lose control of the system until you turn the vehicle off. When it comes back on it'll work. I reset it the times but that never fixed it.

    My hubby still use the cd’s this doesn’t have it, for me is ideal cause I’m on the vanguard of advance in electronic but return it for a better one
