Not so great.

The install was kind of crappy had to wait two weeks for the radio to come in after I purchased it but yet they got them on the shelf. Worst radio purchasing experience I've ever had. Equally bad install

Let down buy BestBuy

After waiting 5 weeks they cancelled the installation appointment 5 days prior. Then the unit was late getting to the store for pick up (I wasted a trip to the store to find out). Then I found the dash mount kit would not work without additional fabrication. Gave up and took everything back. Called the "C" company and had an nice Alpine unit in hand and easily installed 5 days later and $10 cheaper including crutchfield prepared wiring harness pre-connection service. These are tough times for logistics and labor. It calls for proactive communication to achieve customer satisfaction.

Car radio with slow install

We went to set up the install and the store we purchased it at is not offering install and the closest location is booked out two months. I realize this is most likely due to COVID-19, however it would have been nice to know all this prior to our purchase. Our son is now searching for a faster option so he can use this Christmas gift.

Received a used radio

I was very disappointed because I was paying someone to install it. Thank god I had a back up, or I would have had a hole in the dash.

You need an app to really use it.

We tested it out and we both loved it, however; it's not our car. When my older son drove the car, he didn't like it as much as we did. Since he really only listens to Spotify, he said the controls were too complicated because it has to be set up in advance with an app. This is why it was 4 stars. I would've given it 5, but if you're like my son, you'll want something with simpler controls.
