This radio plays intermittently. It might work 5 days in a row and not play for another 5.

There is a very annoying ring in my car speakers now

This radio is easy to use. It links automatically to my phone. It sounds great. This is my second one. Do yourself a favor and have Best Buy install it. They made it look like it came in my truck from the factory

My younger son and I installed this in my older son's car as a birthday present. We tested it out and we both loved it, however; it's not our car. When my older son drove the car, he didn't like it as much as we did. Since he really only listens to Spotify, he said the controls were too complicated because it has to be set up in advance with an app. This is why it was 4 stars. I would've given it 5, but if you're like my son, you'll want something with simpler controls.

Solid unit for the price. Decent features for pretty basic double din these days.

The person who did the installation did a great job and was very nice to work with.

This has great sound quality. I just wanted a simple radio that's bluetooth compatible and that would be able to play my mp3's that I download into my usb drive. If you want these stereo to really shine i advise you to upgrade your factory speakers if you haven't already. I got this stereo running on some JBL - GX Series 6.5" Component Speaker System with Polypropylene Cones (Pair) - Black on the front and back. They're loud even without an amp!

I purchased this radio on 3/9/20 with my 4YEAR  warranty. The radio was great until  1/5/23. The problem I had was the bt won't pair with my phone the screen RBG  go in and out My music sometimes pause by its self So I decided to take it in to best Buy on Mayfield heights on 1/8/23. I walked in with my defective raido and went to the Greek squad customer service desk. I told the guy worker the problem. The guy got his manager James, and he explained to him what's going on. James was very rude and told the guy to send off the raido so the Texas support company could fix the issue. I'm looking at the guy like wow... you didn't even want to work with me on replacement. Now I have no raido in my vehicle for 2 weeks. I have to wait on Best Buy to say if they can fix it or not or get my money back. Think before you purchase the warranty just shaking my head.

Put in hooked up 2 weeks ago still can't get the front /back speakers to sound better than what I currently have. Radio was scratched on the face right out of the box. Best buy could be a lot better with their online sales

Bought this receiver in 2020, started having issues a year later, been in (3) times for deck not powering up. Was in store just 9/25/24 for issues on deck. They(Mike) reset deck then 2 days later same issue. Spoke with Ben on 10/2 about issue, says nothing can be done. I would have to buy new deck plus installation. Bs! Moral of the story, get an extended warranty. I’ll be going to Cruchfield in Charlottesville. Deck only 4urs old and they won’t honor it. And I’m a Total Tech member. Smh

Outside the generous 15 day return policy so no help from Best Buy, The display is so dim it is not viewable while driving during the day, the bluetooth call quality is so poor I must hold my phone in my hand while driving. Cheap feel...garbage. Avoid.
