This was camera the agent said I needed. It did not come with a screen which was a separate purchase and expense. It was sent back and tech in store showed me the correct one.

I decided to go with the more expensive and matching camera to go with the installation of my Panasonic W3000NEX radio. The picture is close to useless. Very fuzzy and indistinct. I'd never know if there was actually something behind my car.

I am sorry to hear you are having a problem with your ND-BC010. I would suggest having the local Best Buy installer check the system out. The image should not appear that fuzzy.
