Got it home put it together filled it up with pellets plugged it in didnt work. I will not buy from best buy again. Customer service sucks!!!!

My second Pitboss. Great smoker. Only give 4 stars because you should be able to move temp in 5 degree increments and you cannot with this one. Other than that, works well.
