Best Buy’s total tech membership is the BEST! We’ve bought home appliances, televisions and now this smoker, and all of the installations, haul awards and assemblies have been free of charge! Also, we’ve bought phones, computers and AirPods from them and AppleCare has been free for all of them! There are extended warranties on everything as well! And the employees are always upbeat and friendly from the managers to the people that come to our home

I messed up. I wanted to clean my pit boss smoker and used a garden hose on it. Well I got the computer board wet and ruined it. I called pit boss told them what I did. They sent me a new board free of charge. Smoker works great. Make sure you vacuum out pellets after use and when you clean it use a rag with vinegar and water and you will never have a problem. I have had mine for more than five years now. It has worked great ever since I learned proper maintenance.
