Great smoker! I got it on sale and it has been amazing! I can fit 2-3 pork shoulders and the cook gets distributed perfectly! The WiFi is awesome too, I can be inside and check the temp of the grill. I will say the probes don’t work the greatest.

I really enjoy the smoker. it works well and it’s easy to use. It’s really convenient to be able to check the temperature and control the settings from the app. I do find that when it’s cold, it can be hard to adjust and hold temperature. also, if it’s cold, I find sometimes large temperature swings, cause it to turn off. overall, though I am very satisfied.

Love this smoker! Temperature control works great and I love that I can keep an eye on it with my phone. Everything we’ve cooked on it has gone smooth and turned out great. Highly recommend.

Simple easy to use. A lot of cooking space. Can cook multiple items at once.

This is my first pellet smoker and i couldn't be more pleased. I'm my first 2 weeks, I've smoked a pork butt for pulled pork, pork burnt ends, brisket burnt ends and baby back ribs. All have turned out great. Assembly and initial setup took me about an hour a half. The grill and app are simple to use and there are a load of free recipes to get you started until you carve out your own. Couldn't recommend this more!

Works perfectly right out of the box. No issues with assembly-took about an hour. Made pork ribs and pulled pork so far. Excellent.

Had my doubts between the trager which I owned and the pit boss. The pit boss is everything I wanted in a new one love the wi fi and did not think I would.

Amazing, makes grilling so easy. I haven't had any issues with software - I use the app to monitor the temperature and adjust it remotely, works fine. I do wish the app let us increment the temperature in 5 degree values.

Excellent product for smoking meats or normal grilling

My son has this same grill and he absolutely loves it, I was in need of a new grill so I bought the same exact one. Well I can tell you its absolutely fabulous!! should of bought one years ago!!

This is my first pellet grill and I love the convenience for low and slow cooking. So far I have cooked a few pork shoulders and this grill has done a great job.

Really great smoker for the money. I know others naturally gravitate towards Traeger but this is just as good for a ton less. Great purchase!!

easy set up and easy to use. wifi enabled is critical.

Assembly instructions was straight foward, easy to follow, no chinese small print. took me about an hour, as i was in no hurry. Cooked burgers first night , came out tasting fantastic. Look forward to smoking some ribs, pork butts, brisket. I read reviews saying pit boss is cheaply made.... No way this is built tough

Grill came with only three legs. Best Buy says I have to call pitboss. After I proved that I was short one leg they tell me 10 weeks to get the leg. Now I'm stuck explaining why my new grill from best buys/ pitboss is propped up on a broom handle tied on with baling rope. Not pretty but it works. Hopefully I'll have the parts by next grilling season.

Probably my best investment this year. So easy to work with and it works perfectly fine.

Great for everyday use. Easy to assemble, easy to clean!
