Easy to assemble with good, clear instructions. Works great and it has really returned my interest in smoking and grilling.

Works perfectly right out of the box. No issues with assembly-took about an hour. Made pork ribs and pulled pork so far. Excellent.

Was wanting a smoker for some time and it was between Traeger and Pit Boss ... Pit Boss won out when Best Buy put it on sale for more than 25% off! And I'm happy with it so far. Easy setup and first chuck roast tasted great! Brisket is next. I wish it came with a cover, though, to keep the dust off.

Great smoker! I got it on sale and it has been amazing! I can fit 2-3 pork shoulders and the cook gets distributed perfectly! The WiFi is awesome too, I can be inside and check the temp of the grill. I will say the probes don’t work the greatest.

Amazing, makes grilling so easy. I haven't had any issues with software - I use the app to monitor the temperature and adjust it remotely, works fine. I do wish the app let us increment the temperature in 5 degree values.

I was new to grilling and almost bought a smaller grill, but I’m so glad my family and the store team convinced me to get this Pit Boss! Setup took less than 30 minutes, first use was a breeze, and the results were tender, juicy, delicious meat. Cleanup and storage were just as easy. Hands down the best choice—10/10, highly recommend!

This is my first pellet grill and I love the convenience for low and slow cooking. So far I have cooked a few pork shoulders and this grill has done a great job.

Assembly instructions was straight foward, easy to follow, no chinese small print. took me about an hour, as i was in no hurry. Cooked burgers first night , came out tasting fantastic. Look forward to smoking some ribs, pork butts, brisket. I read reviews saying pit boss is cheaply made.... No way this is built tough

The microwave of smokers. Awesome adjusting and monitoring the heat while I'm running errands around town is life-changing. Lol

Had my doubts between the trager which I owned and the pit boss. The pit boss is everything I wanted in a new one love the wi fi and did not think I would.

Already smoked numerous times since buying in mid July. Brisket,ribs,hotdogs, pulled pork all smoked turned out awesome. Great smoke flavor. And wifi is awesome as well.

Excellent product for smoking meats or normal grilling

My other off brand Pellet Grill fell apart after 5+ years. Wanted to get something that seemed better quality and one that had Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. Just cooked on it for the first time and I have to say I was very happy with it.

Awesome smoker. Easy to operate. Unfortunately the old wifi is not compatible with my 5g router, had to use 4g bandwidth.

This is an awesome smoker. Low and slow with set it and forget it. It’s made even myself seem like I know my way around a smoker.

This has changed the way we eat as a family and is so convenient and easy to use. We use vacuum seal bags and are able to make many meals at a time.
