Great pellet smoker

So far so good after smoking chicken, ribs, and ham. Only thing I was change on it is add some heat resistant tape to prevent some of the smoke from escaping when the lid is closed.

I only found out when checking the order status. Reason was no longer in stock. I was told that at the store. That's why it was ordered. I paid with Bestbuy credit card, a promotional credit and gift cards. Ten days and still no refund. Promotional credit and gift cards not returned and now paying interest on a charge for no merchandise. None of which was my doing.

The results all 3 times were excellent. I couldn't be more pleased

Great Customer service. 5 yr. warranty. CONS: I have had to replace the control panel and Temp. Probe twice as the control panel will not hold temp. Temp. will far exceed what is selected. Customer service is great, when you can get them on the phone. They are open from 6-6 Mon-Sat. They shut down the phone lines when they get too busy and you have to continually redial, no que to hold in.
