cover made well; no rubbery feeling! Heavy duty waterproof cloth. Rain rolls right off. Fits perfectly with shelves open as the sides are actually fitted to accommodate for shelves. Great length, does not hang on ground. Ties are built in if you want to tighten at bottom; we didn't feel we needed to tighten as fit is perfect. TY
