The grill itself is amazing. Just make sure you buy the specific utensils so you don’t ruin the grill.

Griddle is great, bestbuy delivery was seamless with no issues. There was some minor damage on the outside panels but I decided it wasn't worth the time to return and reordering of a unit and worked with what I had. I do wish pitboss would have added some LED's to the outside of the griddle and a better mounting mechanism for the side tables. The side tables feel flimsy when putting up and taking them down. They were annoying to install, easy but annoying. The pull out trash thing is odd and also flimsy, could have been designed better. Use and cleanup: The griddle use is super easy nothing is sticking and the ceramic top is fantastic for cleanup.

I love this product. I have been wanting a griddle for years, so I can make things like smash burgers, stir frys, etc. I looked at Blackstone products as they are the big name, but I must say this is soich better in value. For the same price the competition provides a smaller product with less features. I love the fact I can keep all of my cooking utensils in reach on the built in hooks, have a dedicated space for paper towels that is covered, and a huge drawer for all my seasonings. The best part is the cooking portion comes off the base and can be used for tailgating as well.

The griddle top is amazing however the rest of the structure is very flimsy.

Original order’s lid arrived dented inside the manufacturer packaging. Replacement order’s lid arrived dented and scratched from the manufacturer packaging. The manufacturer packaging and fragility of the product needs to be improved.

Perfect size. Heats up fast and cooks foods even faster. Love doing breakfast on it!!

Fantastic product. It was fairly easy to assemble. The paper towel drawer and trash bag holder are features that I thought I wasn’t going to use and now I can’t see why I’ve been grilling without them. The grill heats up evenly, is easy to clean, the wheels are great and overall I’ve doubled the amount I’ve grilled because of how much I enjoy it.

We love this. It's a bit of a learning curve coming from a regular grill but it's so versatile. We've made breakfast on it many times and of course enjoy our dinners. Easy to clean and maintain.

Lots of room for griddling! Steaks, potatoes, onions and veggies all at the same time or pancakes, bacon and eggs. Food never tasted better! Easy to clean and store. The only thing missing is a way to level it on an un even surface.

Fancy cooking like restaurant chef. Especially with making hamburger for my kids and fried rice!

I can cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Pit Boss's Griddle. And, cooking pancakes on it, is just simply a breeze.

This is an awesome griddle. I personally feel like it is better quality that the competition and the griddle coating mf is first class.
