Amazing product and easy to assemble. You cannot mess this up. Get a non-stick griddle you'll thank me after hours of 'seasoning and re-seasoning'

I am very impressed with the griddle. I know many with black stones and they have said this is by far better. Easy to clean and so much space.

I am giving this item 3 stars because the item was difficult to assemble because there were so many panels bent, also after about 3 days assembled 4 of the 5 knobs stopped lighting up, when I contacted Best Buy about the bent panels and the knobs not working I was told to contact the manufacturer, when I contact the manufacturer they say to contact Best Buy. I love the flattop itself but customer service has been terrible and that’s not what I have come to know from Best Buy, but that is how they are handling this. This is not a cheap product and I wish I had received what I payed for…..

This is a great grill. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because when it was removed from the box and pout together a few of the pieces were bent from delivery/storage of it. To be able to make it to where it could be assembled we had to bend the pieces back to make them striaght again.

im quite satisfied.. the product came in well packaged but because some of the parts are thin and large there were dents in two or three places which I had to smooth out . Still very happy with the purchase

This bad boy is great! I’m out here griddling everything and cleanup/maintenance is easy.

Awesome flat top grill, easy to cook, easy to clean and a well built product.

The burgers that get made on this are great. That is the only thing that I have cooked so far (multiple times).

as far as the grill goes, I couldnt be happier. One of the things that stuck out to me about this grill was the blue, led knob lights. This is a feature you see in high end out door kitchen grills. Well, they did not last long. Half of them stopped working after just a few months. (and yes, I did check the batteries) I am down to one that works, one that flickers and three that are completely dead.

We love this griddle, we cook every meal we can on the griddle. Clean up is quick and easy. Pitboss also has great customer service.
