The cook top is a breeze to clean and works very well with little to no oil.

Love this griddle!! My husband uses it all the time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! So awesome!

This griddle has been great for either preparing sides for dishes we are smoking, or for cooking full meals like fajitas!

2 years into owning this unit, it has started to rust on the shelves. The door hardware all rusted and broke. It’s been covered at all times. All food sticks to it. It’s junk for the money you pay for this. Within the first month, all the lights on the knobs went out. Shoulda bought a Blackstone.

This review is really more on Bestbuy workers and not the installation team. I was super excited to receive this as Fathers day gift for the whole family. The first delivery team noticed that box was damaged and strap’s caused the griddle do get bent out if shape si they took it back. Sexond team to drop wouldnt allow me to inspect to make sure it wasnt busyed up like the last time but for that. they said they didnt have time for that. OK! So the install team came a couple days later to install together only to find out it was also busted and bent that the screws didnt line up. I blame this on the warehouse workers and loaders. They are obviously not insp before loading to the trucks. So now I have pices not put together because they couldn’t take it. I guess im not getting my Fathers day gift this year.

We are/ were total tech members. We ordered this almost 2 months ago. We purchased this with the option of bestbuy employees assembling it in home. I understand this has nothing to do with the employees, but they had to cancel/ reschedule the delivery not once, twice but SIX times due to the product being damaged. We eventually decided it was enough and cancelled it all together. Poorly made and not made to stand. DO NOT BUY!

The ceramic/cold steel griddle is non-stick if used correctly and cooks/cleans up much, much better and easier than anything made from cast iron. Less grease/oil is needed to cook so anything cooked on it tastes better than anything cooked on cast iron plus it doesn't have to be "seasoned" like cast iron and won't rust between uses. The cooktop is so slippery eggs require two spatulas to get them off of the griddle! $899 is a bit steep but the sale price of $749 is a bargain.

Haven't used it yet. Looks great. My main problem is when it said comes with service I thought it was assembled. I wasn't there when they delivered it but the guy that delivered it said oh no there's no assembly just hook it up and use it. When I got home and seen the box I knew there was no way it was assembled. I called and they said it was 199 dollars for that. I decided to do it myself. Instructions were good. Wasn't to terrible but I have cordless impact so that helped a lot. Only reason not a 5 star is because Best Buy lack of knowledge and communication.
