I traveled 5500 miles over 2 weeks and the whole point was so I could have a better radio with bluetooth. I could only listen to my playlists and had to purchase a song download app to be able to hear any music on my trip.

Zero power. The car went in for an oil change that same day so our mechanic checked the fuse and ran an electrical diagnostic. He said all was good and it was the deck itself. I took it to Best Buy. The installer fixed it pretty quickly and explained the this brand has a “safety” override and will shut down if it detects an issue. I asked if this was something I could correct easily if it happened again. He said no, it has to be unplugged and plugged back in. This is not accessible without removing parts of the dash. This is the stupidest “feature” I have ever heard of, especially when nothing happened that should have caused it to do that, so it can just do it for no reason. We are replacing it with a more reliable brand.

I purchased this in Nov. 3rd (5 months ago) and it has completely died twice. The 1st time it took a month to get an appointment. When I brought it in the Tech blamed it on me "unhooking my battery. I told him that I never did and it happened while I was at work. They insisted anyway and told me the fix was to unplug it and plug it back in. The 2nd time it happened in a store parking lot. I will probably cut my losses and take my business elsewhere.

It wouldn't play and then it wouldn't come out. Went with the stereo when I returned it. Easy to operate as it is pretty basic. Bluetooth didn't work correctly either.

Great concept poor execution
