Gotta love the classics! Some off the sequels are less than super ( not unusual for sequels). The movies are actally individual movies thaken and packaged as a group so no extras for the box set over buying them individually.

Picked this up on sale when "War for Planet of the Apes" came out. figured i should brush up on the old ones. didn't realize there where 5 movies.

The first is the best but you will enjoy all of them at a diminishing extent. Worth having seen at least once & you'll want to watch the first two again...

19.99 for all 5 blu ray films and movie cash for the new movie was a steal. Each movie is on a separate blu ray discs and there are more extras than I will ever watch.

I really like this move. I use to watch the original version and I did enjoy those ones but the new ones are way better. Can't wait gor the other one to come out.

The quality of this franchise varies dramatically. The 1st film is arguably a classic and is an absolute MUST OWN in any blu-ray collection, however it is worth owning the full set if you are a fan of the franchise - especially if it can be found on sale or at a bargain price.

All jokes aside, this Blu Ray set is perfect for visiting this series before catching the remakes. Stunning picture, great extras, and altogether for a great price!

Really like the package price and value on thi set. The free movie ticket was a bonus to see the new film. Good amount of extras. With the documentary was included.

All 5 original Planet of the Apes in high definition. If you haven't seen the first film, go ahead and buy the whole collection because it just pulls you in.

For the true Apes fan. Haven't seen most if these in years. Watched the first film and I was impressed with the picture quality. Great price to own all the films.

Much better than the remakes. The story lines and the actors create a better movie, even though the special effects weren't as good back then.

Must have for any Planet of the Apes Fan. New Movies are great movies as well, but there is always something good about the classics.

Bought this for hubby who is an avid planet of the apes fan. I know he will enjoy them. Best Buy always has the best dvd collections.

I absolutely loved the first movie in this collection, the second was a good follow up to the first the third was fair after that the next two lacked in story
