Only issue is that wearing them for a 2 hour online training session is a little uncomfortable, as they press on your ears and hurt somewhat. For short term use they are fine. sound and voice quality seems to be fine as well.

These were low cost and non gaming headset so I didn't expect much. Well turns out it well exceeded my expectations. I didn't know they came with the 1 mini adapter for the newer laptops sounds great and others could here me just fine. Only minor issue is the headpad doesn't fit my ears but it's because I have huge oddly shaped ears...I guess. I didn't want over the ear and on the ear can be hit or miss with their size.

I purchased the headset to do work videos with my colleagues on a new platform. We previously were able to just use our phones to record our presentations, but with the new software, we needed to get headsets. I have had some Plantronics bluetooth devices in the past and they worked very well, so I took a chance on this headset! It paid off - everyone said I sounded crisp and clear, and I could hear everyone else very well without background noise interferring! I am very pleased - you can't beat the price either!

This headset was reasonably priced and works well. Mic makes voices a little hollow sounding but sounds clear in recording

I haven't really got a chance to use it much yet. So far, so good. The microphone is really good and I like the fact that it has covers for both ears to block out any distractions.

The headphones are very nice for listening to music

I got this headset as an inexpensive back up for my regular wireless one. It worked well for audio but I had numerous complaints from those I had Skype calls with that it cut out - Even after checking the connection - which can sometimes cause that kind of problem.

As with all Plantronics I have never been disappointed. Works graet with my cell phone and comes with the adapter! Good value!

I use it to study, it listens well, it is understood clearly by the microphone and adjusts for comfort.

The sound and microphone are great, the mute slide switch is where Plantronics let me down. The mute slide is not smooth and one has to ensure it actually slid far enough to mute the Mic. Overall, great headsy for the price.

I ordered this as a back up to the second unit I have. Since 2014 I am on 2nd headset as working from home. Although top padding will crack over time the ability to mute while in use and adjust volume via unit instead of just pc is great. Length of cord is nice but must be careful not to run over cord with chair while working. Also comes with adapter in case would prefer to use with a smart phone.

The sound from this headset is amazing but the cord can be a little cumbersome but overall great.

Very impressed with this USB headset. Sound is way better than expected. Really comfortable for prolonged wear.

This headphones are great for webinars on the computer.
