I was looking for some a headset to talk to my sister when we video chat at night. Well, I'm glad I ran into these because they are incredibly comfy and I sound good to my sister, so I can say the mic is good. Very happy!

As comfortable as can be expected, volume and mute have worked without a hitch, and they do a good job of keeping ambient noise out of my conversations. No one has an issue understanding or hearing me - I know because I ask.

This one is great for general purpose use, better than my previous Logitech basic headset. However, if you use the Plantronics for more than 1-1.5 hours, your start feeling the pain in your ears. And it´s also not recommendable if you wear glasses as it´s uncomfortable. Anyway, for the price paid, and quality of the Plantronics sound/microphone, it´s a good deal.

This headset does a good job. Audio sounds clear during video calls, and the microphone seems to transmit clearly. It's nice being able to mute the microphone and/or move it up when I won't be speaking for a longer period of time. It's also nice having the stereo option and an adapter included for use with standard headphone jacks. The only drawback is that it hurts the top of my ears after awhile. It's a good value if you're not on long calls frequently. Otherwise, it might be worth spending more money for a more comfortable headset.

It works well and has good sound, but was hit and miss with my wife's work laptop/Skype for business setup. It worked most of the time, but occasionally people could not hear her (headset was not muted and volume was up). I think this would be perfect for a lot of people; business or gaming.

Comfortable and good sound, microphone switch is a bit tricky, but once you get it figured out, it works well! Overall nice product. :)

Was looking for a headset for my sons computer. These work with a cell phone, iPad or computer. Nothing fancy but they work well at a reasonable price!

This head set works well, and comes with an adapter to make the two prongs only take one slot, unfortunately because of what I am using it for I can not use the adapter, and as my mic input is on the back of the computer, I wish the cord were a little longer. Also I find that the positioning of the volume/mute control is just the right length down to snag on my desk. My final complaint is that i wish the mic. were located on the right of the headset rather than on the left side. I am learning to adapt to the left side mic., and work with the position of the volume/mute control. Overall the headset itself works very well, and sound quality is very good.

I have purchased several of these headsets for my son. He likes them for gaming, but they don't last long, usually 6-8 months. Not sure if it's because he's rough with them or the quality of the headset itself. Nonetheless, he's satisfied with them and so am I for the price.

I needed ear phones but didn't want the type that go into the ear. This set offers excellent sound and is very comfortable.

These are comfortable to wear and very good sound quality. I have had problem with boom mikes not being clear but this one is excellent.

I use this headset mostly for conference calls using Lync or Skype. The sound for calls is always perfect. It also provide a decent sound to hear music from an MP3 player or computer. Great value for the price

Sound quality from the headphones is great, and people I've talked to using the mic were very impressed with the sound quality - one even asked me what brand I was using! Surprisingly lightweight and comfortable given how big and clunky the headset is. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

i bought this item because of its feastures & nice price. everything is fine except that the sound volume on this could be a little bit better not that im complaining. if your into games this is not the one. but aside from games this is a nice headset to have with.
