Get in a workout with these headphones

I like the look of these headphones and the audio and mic work great for calls. These are comfortable to wear and do not block out the sound of your surroundings as they are not ear buds. Volume level is good for this type of headphone. But more importantly I don't expect to burn these out as I have many others due to sweat when working or working out.

The ‘new/updated’ model is not as good as the prior model. The battery doesn’t last as long, the volume controls are tedious to manipulate.....but I sweat so much, I love the design of these things, and have to use ones with sturdy over-the-ear hooks. Wish they were louder, too!! But I’ll keep using them till I find a better product!!!

First the good - I have have many pairs of backbeat headphones and I love them. Great sound and quality. The color is good. Connects to both of my devices and plus sounds from both simultaneously . The bad - the battery is a little weak. And the mic quality could be better but it works. Overall a great buy!

These things are a lot better than I thought they would be. Super light, great sound and have held up during long runs, gym sessions and getting tossed around. I’ve had them about 3 months and so far so good!! Excellent value!!!!

    Earlier version better

I have an earlier version of these headphones and needed a second pair for my late night movie watching. The earlier version I have is kept in my truck for when I go on my jogs. This newest version has just a couple of little nit picky things that I don't care for. These tend to be pretty uncomfortable after a bit versus the earlier version. The ear loops are a little smaller and fit too snug. Also when you turn the headphones on you don't get how many hours of charge you have left. All you get is "Battery high". Then when you have been using them for a couple of days you get "Battery low". The earlier version would tell you how many hours of charge you had left. This version just keeps you guessing. Other than that they connected fine to my television and do the trick for my late night movie watching.

Couldn’t find a pair that would be useful for excessive sweating and working out. These were a great find. The only thing I would want is a little more detail on how much time is left with the battery.... not very specific compared to others. However, best pair I found for CrossFit type workouts

I love the wireless freedom the sound quality and the convenience of easily changing volume, changing song tracks, and answering phone calls. The only minor criticism is that the battery life would probably not last a marathon. 10k yes, and probably a half marathon (depending on your speed!)

I love these headphones. I have small ears where normal ones don't stay in my ears while I run - and these stay put and are perfect! They also stay charged for a long time. I would definitely recommend!

Have had for about 2 months ago, and so far they are great. Stay in the ear when running, comfortable to wear and excellent sound quality. Battery life is also longer than my previous wireless headphones.

I have found that these are the best. For reason that I have lost, dropped so many of them; these are my eighth pair! With the exceptionn of the very first back in 2016- I damaged by stepping on getting out of my pickup, wearing western toe composite work boots. By far these are the ones for extremely active people, even at work! They are durable to inclement weather, comfortable and the control features are wonderful- The Best! In the coming years, other manufacturers will analyze this design to incorporate into theirs! I have been watching them do it already. There are a couple of other great manufacturers out there, but they simply had not been creating the design and ability to have proper usage as required!

I loved the way these fit comfortably and for a lengthy time too! The sound is good, I just love them. Only problem is the charging.. it never fully charges, and so then it dies after 2 hrs of use.

I have been using the previous version of these ( BackBeat Fit) for years. These continue the product line's basic feature that I really find most useful. They are the only wireless headset that doesn't seal the environment off completely, allowing you to hear some of the surroundings! These have a few advantages/improvements such as Better Bluetooth connection, A little bit better sound, and most importantly for me..much better phone call performance meaning much better microphone performance (probably because the actual housing is bigger allowing a better placement?) I am still getting used to the touch buttons only but it is good so far.

I love these, they sound great. I bought to wear while at work and working out. After about an hour my ears start to hurt. I have child like size ears and earbuds rarely fit. For most people I’m sure these are an amazing fit.

-Great color scheme -Only 6 hrs of battery while last model was 7hrs -The headphones turn on too easily....I have found my phone connected to them numerous times -the left ear is “touch” and is not responsive..hard to try to use when running -there is a very noticeable static when using them..at low volumes you can ever here the static while the music plays -relatively low volume amount at max -they still allow the ambient noise in which is nice -good fit with adjustable earpiece -they appear to have good build quality thus far -good price

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our BackBeat FIT 2100. Please note this model has up to 7 hours of talk time, however the performance will depend on each case. For this you may want to check the exact amount of talk time available through our BackBeat App: https://goo.gl/AtmURf. You may also check if the unit is up to date on the app and hopefully this will fix audio issues and the left ear button. The unit has capacitive touch buttons to ease navigation and cause less pressure inside the ear. In case you experience the same issues, this model has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. Thank you for your comments. These will be shared with our Product Development Team as a consideration in the future when developing new products.
