Their ergonomic design is nicely thought through as well. I have reviewed many headphones in my day and I have my personal favorites despite what I scored each individually. These are currently number my one but, they may not be yours. I will explain what I mean by this. I must have weirdly shaped ear canals because most inner ear buds will not stay in; even with the appropriate ear bud cushions. So much so, that I had migrated over to the bulky headphone style (of which imo, is silly looking for a grown man to be out in public rocking headphones). Trust me only because I had not found but a couple of the inner ear style that fit and fit well while being active. These fit me great due to their more unique design (oval not round) and the upward cushion bar thingy that is has. It does come with a cute little sport bag with other sizes of cushions. I normally also find that units like these beat up the side of your face while running with the heavy (relatively speaking) volume control bar. Again, the ergonomic design of these almost cancels that out completely. Where I think most might complain is that the overall volume does not get to bust your eardrum loud. I found that in very loud environments they are still loud enough for me to drown out the outside noisy and not really interfere with my music. In conclusion, great design, sweat proof, long life, light, and loud enough for me. They have earned a spot in my coat front pocket.

Was a bit heavy on the side with the controller dangling. I switched to the beats with the ear hooks fits way better. Gave these to my GF she seems to love them. But I run much farther than her and cannot handle the aggravation on my workout. Not a good product for someone who workouts very hard in my opinion.

To fix your stability problems, your left or right ear might require different sizes to get the right fit. The sound quality will improve with a better fit. These work perfectly and I have put them thru the test. The other I tried are all in the trash and these are rocking out the 4-6 miles a day in the sun

Perfect gift

He’s always out shooting hoops and loves to listen to his music while doing that. These fit into the ear and stay put! He also likes that they clip to your shirt in the back so they don’t fall off or get lost. :)

Would be better if there was a different alert for power. It will tell you battery low, and then will work for about 5 more minute. Charge immediately after you hear battery medium

It is now Dec. 12th and I have already replaced both pairs. The sounds is great. the microphone is great! Just make sure to get the Geek Squad Protection so that you can get them replaced when the left ear bud inevitably goes out.

In order to troubleshoot audio issues, please try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your phone. To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. You might also want to test the unit with a different phone. If you get the same results then most likely there is an actual problem with the unit and it is best to replace it. Please note that the actual life span of the product depends on the usage but on many cases they last for way past their warranty period.
